BACS has acquired the beautiful St. Regis property, a 4+ acre campus to develop long term Bridge Housing/ Behavioral Health (BH/BH) units with the support of voluntary access to medication assisted treatments and psychotropic medications to address substance use and mental disorders. This program is established to reduce substance use for community members experiencing other co-morbidities- such as mental health challenges, homelessness, physical health conditions, and more. Medication, counseling and behavioral treatments in this program will be utilized to reduce the chance of relapse and help people stay housed in a treatment program with permanent housing as a goal.

We are seeking an LCSW/LMFT with supervisory experience who can provide administrative, fiscal and clinical leadership for this program. If you are entrepreneurial, adaptable, and can hold teams accountable, BACS offers opportunities for leading well-funded, innovative programs that:

BBS license registration is required. Drivers license, vehicle, insurance and a clean driving record are required. This position in 100% in-person. 

Program Supervisor Responsibilities

  • Meet clients where they are to implement consumer-centered services that are needs-driven, strengths-based, and culturally relevant.
  • Manage the flow of referrals, intakes, and discharges of participants and ensures accessibility and welcoming of all people.
  • Be an available and engaged manager, supervise staff including hiring, training, and performance evaluations. If applicable, provide individual and group supervision to interns collecting clinical experience and hours for licensure in their chosen field.
  • Constantly challenge the status quo and look for opportunities for continuous quality improvement and implement systems for CQI.
  • Assure that services are provided in compliance with all funders, including documentation, grant management, presentations, and reports.
  • Monitor and manage revenue and expense for the program.
  • Communicate effectively and conscientiously utilizing strength-based language and philosophy throughout all aspects of program management and supervision.
  • Participate in the delivery and attendance at training for the purposes of agency, professional, and personal development.

Behavioral Health Program Supervisor Qualifications

  • LCSW/LMFT/PsyD 
  • Current CA BBS and/or Registered Nursing registration
  • Two years’ experience post-licensure in a behavioral science field preferred
  • Three years of progressive administrative, direct service, and leadership skills and experience in acute psychiatric, substance use treatment, or residential treatment programs. 
  • Experience with Medi-Cal, Cal AIM program models preferred. 
  • Demonstrated capacity leading diverse and multi-disciplinary teams toward a common goal required
  • Valid California driver’s license, personal vehicle, and proof of personal vehicle insurance coverage. DMV printout with clean driving required

Compensation and Benefits

  • Highly competitive compensation. The annual salary starts at $110,000 and increases to $135,000 following successful completion of a 90-day introductory period, contingent upon satisfactory performance and achievement of all job-related goals and requirements.

  • 32 days off (PTO/Holiday), increasing with tenure. Annual PTO given on your birthday.
  • 403b with BACS matching contribution after 1 year of service
  • After one year of service, $3000 per year for educational expenses including tuition, student loan debt payment & CEUs, etc. Up to $15,000 over 5 years.
  • One month PAID sabbatical after 8 Years – not charging PTO
